Overview of bodybuilding for beginners

Enough said about physiology and professional level. Let us begin to apply this knowledge to training. Theoretically speaking, beginners should start with a training plan of practicing 3 times a week, each time practicing the whole body. Beginners do not need to practice every part with a lot of different training moves. For the body, training is very new and unfamiliar, so choose 1-2 movements for each part, and do 1-2 sets of each movement is enough for the area to be fully practiced. Remember, for beginners, the correct form of action is the most important. The importance of the right form for muscle growth cannot be overemphasized. The goal for beginners should be to master all the skills of training movements. Don't rush to use heavy weights! In fact, you must use lightweight to make yourself feel comfortable and relaxed.

The best training moves are called basic training moves. Basic training movements are the movements that each muscle group is best at. For example, for the chest muscles, the bench press is more basic than the flying bird, and for the leg training, the squat is more basic than the leg flexion and extension.

Surprisingly, beginners can train each body part more frequently than advanced bodybuilders. This is what I did when I first started training, and it has really grown, and this is true of every bodybuilder I know. They all trained more in the beginning. Why is this happening? Why do beginners train a certain part more frequently than professional bodybuilders? This is because beginners are trying hard to master the correct form of action, using a fairly lightweight. At the beginning, what they need to focus on is: "Am I doing this right? Is the main pressure of the weight applied to the muscles I want to practice?" Practice makes perfect! In addition, beginners are also less likely to be injured and overtrained, because beginners do not have the knowledge, experience, and strength needed to push themselves to the physical limit in each training.

Bodybuilding is full of uncertainty. When you are doing an action, you can "feel" the work of the muscles. For beginners, just mastering the correct form is not enough. You must master the correct form while feeling the muscles you are practicing. When you do curls or leg flexions, your eyes should watch the muscle contraction, and when the weight drops, watch and feel its extension. All you have to do is try to feel the muscles you are practicing. Do this for every attempt in each set, even if you haven't added weight yet, even if you are using very lightweight. The reason why I specifically emphasized "feeling" is because, in order to give full play to your potential and increase a lot of lean muscle, you will eventually have to lift a very heavyweight in the future. When lifting heavy weights, I know exactly how much weight I use. Paying too much attention to weight can affect your "feel". However, if you train your muscles to "feel" weight from the beginning stage, the heavyweight will have an amazing effect in shaping thick muscle mass, because your consciousness has been exercised from the beginning stage, so you don't need Thinking, you can subconsciously feel the pressure on the muscles throughout the training process.

One serious mistake I see most beginners make is that their training quality is often affected by vanity. They are not trying to master the correct form of movement and feel the weight, but use excessive weight to show off to their friends. Their movements are very bad. Worse, they will not have any growth.

One way to learn the correct form of movement is to observe how someone who is particularly good at a certain part practices that part. When I participated in the "Muscle

and Fitness" bodybuilding training camp in California, I observed the training of all bodybuilding champions. If I feel that a certain bodybuilder has a particular part of his body, I will follow him in the gym. Then, I will observe carefully and try to imitate his movements as much as possible while training that part.
