Chapter 8 Bodybuilding competition levels and selection items
Article 22 Bodybuilding competition group (level)
1. Men's adult group (21 years old and above)
(1) Featherweight: weighing less than 60 kg (including 60 kg).
(2) Bantamweight: Weight 60.01~65 kg.
(3) Lightweight: 65.01~70 kg in weight.
(4) Welterweight: weighing 70.01~75 kg.

Chapter 9 Bodybuilding Competition
1. When an athlete needs to make a level adjustment, the team leader or coach must submit a written application before weighing.
2. When athletes need to be replaced, the team leader or coach must submit a written application before weighing.
Article 25 Bodybuilders weigh and draw lots
1. Athletes must weigh themselves the day before the competition.
2. Athletes must wear competition clothing when weighing, and the chief referee should check the competition clothing.
3. The order of weighing is: male first and then female; light first and heavy.
4. If the athlete's weight does not match the original registration level, it is allowed to repeat the weighing within 30 minutes. If the specified weight is not reached within the specified time, the qualification for that level of competition will be disqualified. 5. Athletes cannot be downgraded or upgraded to the competition when their weight matches the original registration level.

8. During the competition, the lottery plate should be firmly worn on the upper left of the pants. Those without a lottery plate are not allowed to participate in the competition.

Article 26 Bodybuilding apparel
1. Male athletes wear monochrome racing pants.

4. It is forbidden for athletes to use padding in bikini uniforms, and the pants must cover the hips.
5. Athletes are prohibited from wearing shoes, socks, tapes, bandages, wearing ornaments, chewing food, etc.

Article 27 Bodybuilders coloring and rubbing oil
1. Artificial colorants are allowed, but there must not be any delineation.

Article 28 Bodybuilding competition movements
1. Naturally standing

2. Competitive Actions

3. Five required actions for women's individual competitions
